Liability regarding content

As service provider under the terms of § 7 Abs.1 TMG we are liable for our own content on this website, in accordance with general law. However, according to §§ 8 bis 10 TMG as service provider we are not legally bound to monitor transferred or saved information from outside sources. Nor are we bound to investigate circumstances that suggest unlawful activity. This does not change our commitment to reducing or barring the use of information according to general law. However, liability can apply in this area as soon as we are aware of a certain infringement. If we become aware of such an infringement, we shall remove the corresponding content immediately upon doing so.

Liability regarding links

Our website includes links to third party websites on whose content we have no influence. As such, we cannot offer any guarantee of this exterior content. The relevant service providers or operators of the linked sites are always responsible for the content of those sites.
